To the goodest of my knowledge, the wife and I will set sail Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, July 14th or so.

For planning purposes, I'm trying to pin down when you'll be here. Does the above mean that will be when you plan to arrive in ABQ or is that when you will be leaving TX to head to the wedding in NV before returning to TX via ABQ?

I am thinking we will leave Tomball about four PM (give or take a few hours) on Tuesday. Google says it will take less than 15 hours to get to the dys's home. We are bound to make a few stops, don't know how many.

Okay, Tuesday evening is the 14th. So, you'll drive for 15 hours during the night. Will you sleep elsewhere before arriving in ABQ sometime during the morning half of the 15th or will you sleep here once arrived? Will you be taking off again the evening of the 15th or will you be here overnight so we can have a small gathering on the evening of the 15th before you depart?

I don't know how well we will stand the night driving as yet, so do not know if we will stay somewhere along the way. At this point I am thinking a couple of half hour stops at most, but it could be more.

meself and D are thinking, the simpler the better, maybe pickup a big bucket of KFC with fixings, cold beer, soda whatever and just spend a friendly evening on the patio chatting.
