Good to hear from ya, Izzie.

It is somewhere around 8:45 a.m. local time (means it's late evening in Blighty but still Friday) and I'm finishing my first cuppa joe while watching the colorful birdies at the two feeders we've put out and the flock of doves on the ground. Sglass is sleeping late and I'm fixing to take a quick drive down to the village and pick up the local morning paper. Sun's out but it's still cool enough to warrant long trousers instead of shorts. At 4,000 feet above sea level, even in the tropics the morning are cool.

Life doesn't get too much better than that.

Oh Hun - you sound so happy and content. Yep - life doesn't get much better than that.

Has been beautiful here today (8.20pm now) and everything is real green, garden is blooming luverly! Took some pics yesterday over... here

Hoping for a good weekend and going to the beach - ha - no chance of swimming in the seas here - f f f f freeezing!
