My life is all a muddling through, somehow, without any recognizable goal in view, and there is no explanation of the scuffle tendered or anywhere procurable.
How to understand "there is no explanation of the scuffle tendered or anywhere procurable"? especially the part after "or".

I think that last part means the writer has unpredictable meangingless scuffles started either by others (tendered) or by him/herself (procured)

The EXPLANATION is what has not been TENDERED (offered or provided) nor is one to be gotten (PROCURABLE) anywhere.
The SCUFFLE is the thing that lacks an explanation.
