Please check out the punctuations in the context below for me:

The Reason

A man fell over and injured his shoulder. He went to see a doctor.
"It has swollen much," the doctor said, "and I suggest that you use hot compress."
"Hot compress?" the man cried out, "my grandmather always tells me to use cold compress!"
"Don't care about what your grandma says!" the doctor was irritated, "my grandma always tells me to use hot compress!"

These two sentences are run on sentences. You've put two or more sentences together here without the proper punctuation.
Here's one way you can change it to correct that:

'Hot compress(es)?' the man cried out. 'My grandmother always tells me to use cold compress(es)!'

'(I) don't care about what your grandma says!' the doctor replied, irritated. "My grandma always tells me to use hot compress(es)!'
