please clarify this for me.

My intention is like ....I want to tell someone about my friend who is not aware of lot of things, then Can I use this sentence.

"he should have learn lot of things.".

you should have confidence to do it.

you should know before start doing
people should have moral resoponsibility.


these senteces are correct, if not correct me.

"He should have learned lots of things" (but didn't) or "a lot of things"/

3 would probably be something like "You should know what you're doing before you start trying to do it".
