my inbox always show 2, no matter how many times I open/repsond. How do i zero it?
Have you opened the messages? When i get a message, the inbox notification resets to zero as soon as i have read it.
yeah, I have opened numerous times but it never resets to 0.

If you're actually seeking an answer:
Most likely, the unread messages are older and don't display in the default view. Most mail clients have a way to sort the view to see unread messages.

Is this about the PM inbox or email. On email, I have had a very few new arrivals with very old dates, and they are arrainged by email date. Invariably, they have been spam. I don't know how they do that or why, but I've had it happen.
