I can help you, but I will not give you answers. I am not so sure you read the book. You are asking rather simple questions (if someone read the book) that sound like a homework assignment.

So what if it is a homework assignment, those questions are legitimate on a2k, no matter the popular culture of making fun of them. That is separate from the fact that we want people to have read the book, tried to do the math, thought about the history for themselves, and so on.
