Once in a while I have to bring my fat lazy cat to the groomers - he is fat and doesn't clean himself well - especially one spot on his back that he is too fat to reach. So I wonder if this is how they clean him.

Would serve that fat lard right.

I have seen that before and it pisses me off.
Not because I am some bleeding heart animal right freak-o. Frankly those people scare me.
But it is obvious that animal is terrified and here humans are.. standing around staring at yet another waste of money validating themselves for being 'efficient' in yet another useless task.

If you want to bathe your cat, do it your damn self. Laughing
Or pay a groomer.
Dont put them into a container where their own instincts tell them they are going to drown.

If you are quiet enough and slow enough, you can bathe almost any cat. And i say that with experience. Many of my friends have cats, some are even skittish outdoor ones.
All but two I can bathe.
But what is wrong with taking your cat to someone to bathe instead of dropping money into a useless machine? And then standing around laughing while the kitty thinks it is going to die.

but that is just me, feeling bitchy about it Laughing
