Cheerleading coach's Playboy past exposed

A US cheerleading coach has been sacked after a group of vengeful parents and students exposed her secret life as a Playboy centrefold model.

The steamy shots of Carlie Christine, who was also named as Playboy's "cyber girl of the week", were left on the desk of the principal at Casa Robles Fundamental High School in California, television network CBS13 reports.

Some parents and students worked together to expose Ms Christine after they were not selected for the school's cheerleading team, according to the report.

"The girls are supposed to look up their coaches," one concerned parent was quoted as saying.

Another said the "entire football team" had seen the photographs.

"I was in shock that I knew the girls had seen it and knew about it," one parent said.
