I have scalp psoriasis I have used Clobestasol propionate and Derma Smoothe both from my doctor. They both have not been helpful. My doctor wants me to take a pill called Methotrexate. The side effects of this medicine can be dangerous. I would like to know has anyone had sucess with a vitamin or another remedy for this problem?

All medicines have side effects. Goggle this condition and seek answers with natural remedies IF it is a light case. You are right to be concerned, especially if the liver or other organ are affected.
