Not in the beach communities, osso, as the parcels are rather small to begin
with. Perfect for the little beach cottages, but people want more space and
maximize their square footage right up to the lot lines.
Recently, I went to a beach community close to Newport Beach and there
it was the same picture: lovely beach cottages replaced by huge houses.
I wish they would put a stop to allowing the tear down of those lovely
beach cottages.
