I am trying to add the translation page from Google to my website, I copy the HTML and paste it to my site, I reviewed the permission page of Google but I did not see anything related to that. Is it legal to put on my website? I mentioned that is a Google service.

Google offers their translation as an API here: http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxlanguage/

There are terms of service at the bottom of the page, one thing to keep in mind is that I believe they require specific attribution.
