The notice below will be sent to student of an educational institution. I wonder if the sentences are correct and conform with British English grammar.

1. No classes will held on every 2nd and 4th Saturday for parent- teacher consultation.

2. Holidays falling on Saturdays, Sundays or during vacations have not been mentioned. Parents are requested not to make any phone calls during the holidays.

3. Holidays declared by District Administration during heavy rushes like Kanwar[festival] or any other Melas[festivals] will be intimated to parents from time to time.

Thanks for your help in advance, if you have contributed to the modification of this notice.

1. No classes will held on every 2nd and 4th Saturday for parent- teacher consultation.

That could be: No classes will be held every 2nd Saturday, to allow parent-teacher consultation on those days.

2. Holidays falling on Saturdays, Sundays or during vacations have not been mentioned. Parents are requested not to make any phone calls during the holidays.

Public holidays falling on Saturdays, Sundays or during other vacation times have not been mentioned here. Parents are advised that contact by telephone is not available during those times

3. Holidays declared by District Administration during heavy rushes like Kanwar[festival] or any other Melas[festivals] will be intimated to parents from time to time.

Holidays declared by District Administration during busy periods like Kanwar or any other Melas will be intimated to parents from time to time as necessary.

Better than "No classes will be held ..." might be "There will be no classes held ..."
