Bought in 1964 by the late Herbert Blagrave, the estate is being sold as a whole on behalf of the Herbert and Peter Blagrave Charitable Trust, set up by Mr Blagrave in 1978 for the benefit of the Injured Jockeys Fund and several children’s charities.
