With the news of the Mom in California is it necessary for goverenment to get involved with regulating infertility treatments and doctors, should there be strictre guidelines in place for the doctors etc.

If you have many ten of thousands dollars for such treatment and wish to have some form that the governemnt ban there is always south of the border.

You can only regulate treatment for the poor not the wealth or high middle class.
