VB ASP.NET Imagemap coordinates and browser resizing

Using Visual Basic, I am able to create image map controls with working coordinates. However, I realize that whenever the web page is resized, the coordinates become displaced, and the map does not work. Are there any workarounds to this problem? Thanks in advance!
