Hi , I am from India, I would like to import Industion Cooker from China to India.
I have been offered the price in FOB terms. It means the risk will be transfered to the buyer once the container is loaded in the ship and freight and other charges has to paid by the Buyer.

My question is will there be any formalities like checking of goods will be done by freight forwarding companies (wheather the same product which i ordered is loaded)

I don't understand your question.

What do you mean by "formalities"?
