1. Do you think my shorts is/are dirty?
2. Which is/are dirtier, my shorts or my shirt?
3. Which is/are dirtier, my shirt or my shorts?

My answers: 1. are 2. are 3. is

Are they correct?

I would use "are" in all three sentences, although i can't say why. Perhaps because it is too early in the morning for me.

(Are my shorts dirtier than my shirt [is]?)

3. Which is/are dirtier, my shirt or my shorts? - is
(Is my shirt dirtier than my shorts [are]?)
