Or also, would psyllium fiber (or is it the same?) be better/ok option?

This morning I fought off the urge to get a bagel or donut and got yogurt and berries and an apple with my coffee.

I have to celebrate the small victories!

I prefer ground flax seeds stirred into a drink. 1T stirred into cranberry juice (preferably unsweetened) first thing in the morning and mid-evening (a couple hours after dinner) should give you all the benefits of psyllium and the addtional benefits of flax oil.
