Know how to fix the spellcheck on Outlook Express, anyone?

Not sure if this will help or not, but I just explored my email settings.


Go to Tools at the upper left hand corner of your email screen.

Click on Options


On the pane that opens up select the folder heading Spelling

At the top of that it says settings


You may need to tick "Always check spelling before sending"

And, if you like "Suggest alternatives to misspelled words"

My spell check was also not on.



You made me learn something!

Ah. There is no "spelling" folder.

Tried all the other folders and "spelling" isn't in any of them, either. Strange.

One of the downloads on the site fixed the problem, easily & quickly! (I won't go into details here. Suffice to say that it was necessary to remove then replace most of the software on my computer recently.)
