There were only four countries which ever had any sort of a weapon anthrax capability like that i.e. us, England, Russia, and Iraq. Given that those first cases turned up ten miles from where Mohammed Atta was living you have to ask yourself what would have happened if Atta and hislittle pals had simply walked up to the English, Americans, or Russians and asked for weapon anthrax.... That's right, the dickheads would have simply been killed on the spot. Saddam Hussein and nobody else was responsible for that shit.
