Win with or without drugs?

First, what are your thoughts?

Yes, they should be legalized. Performance enhancing drugs are much safer under a doctor's supervision. Most athletes are taking drugs anyway and they are finding ways to mask their effects in their urine. The few athletes who do not use them have to compete against those who do. Thus, those who don't use drugs don't stand a chance of competing. It's the athletes own bodies. If they want to dope themselves up to hit the ball a little further and they know the risks involved then I saw, go for it!

The thing is that if you legalize PEDs then you force everyone to start doing them if you want to be competitive. You might say that it's already happening right now but there's a large percentage of clean players in the game today, or at least I believe so.

If the league legalizes PEDs then the league acknowledges that it's a risk that pro players will have to take if they are to play professionally, just like footballers or skateboarders know they have a high risk of injury when they perform.
