What do you mean by "they"? If they're anything to do with your body, they're probably too slim for me to see, so I couldn't tell.

196 lbs., 5'6" = 31.6 BMI

10 lbs. more off and I will hit 30.0 BMI. Hmm.

Jespah, you're such a loser! (I mean that as a compliment.)

How's the Corporate Challenge coming along -- have you run it already?

Good for you! Myself, I fell off the wagon last week, so today I'm back up to 220lb (BMI 34.5) . Probably just food and water backed up in my system, but frustrating nevertheless. I'll put in an extra hour at the gym today to reboot my weight loss routine.

Wohoooo! Er, I mean, take it slow, no need to starve yourself. And don't overdo it with that running thing you're getting so infatuated with. Verra verra dangerous!

Seriosly, how much longer until you can say, "overweight at last"? Two weeks? That's amazing!

(I'll weigh in when I get home.)

I think I may be going up slightly this week, and I was up last week. BMI ~ 31.6.

I get the feeling it's not going to be a very accurate indicator of my fitness level for much longer; I look more muscular than people who are 30, 35 lbs. lighter than I am. It is weird.

Oh and I was introduced to this today (I think it's fab): http://www.craigharper.com.au/philosophical-spiritual/dear-you/

You're doing good, hun ... keep it going ... no need to rush it Twisted Evil

I read the Craig Harper link. (Any relation to Bob Harper of Biggest Loser?) To be honest, it doesn't impress me too much. Typical American inspirational glurge, which I'm not a fan of. But hey, if it helps you get over the plateau, go for it! That's all that matters.
