How can I get songs on my ipod without syncing? Is it possible?

I just got my Video Ipod working again that still has about 800 old songs on it. I got locked out of my old Itunes account but I still have the songs on my Ipod. Is there any way to get new songs on without syncing and losing all of my old songs on there?

why not just copy them to the ipod as a flash drive?
