Whence the pork "stimulus" money??

Dumb question.....

Granted the US congress has voted to let Oinky borrow a trillion dollars or so to spread around and buy votes...

Where do they plan to actually get the money. Unless he means to simply print up a trillion dollars for the cost of paper and ink (which would be basically counterfitting), he has to BORROW it from somebody, at least you'd think.

I know I wouldn't lend Barack Oinkbama a trillion bucks. Normally you'd expect him to go to Japan or China for it, but those guys are dealing with immense problems of their own and it's far from obvious they'd want to hear about it. In fact it's not inconceivable they might have actually read what Thomas Jefferson wrote about the basic illegitimacy of governments attempting to burden future generations with debt which those future generations did not sign up for or agree to. In other words it's not at all inconceivable that a day might arrive on which those future generations tell creditors to go fuck themselves.

That's the basic question: where do Oinky and Reid and Nazi Piglosi plan to get the trillion??
