Related Topics... Really???

I love checking the Related Topics that are listed at the bottom of pages. I'm assuming there is a long and very complex formula used to draw out obscure and often overlooked discussions that on some level, to a computer formula anyway, seem related.

While catching up on one thread involving throats and ears, I glance down and see:
