anyone have sugetion why i have fuel blowing out carb when i snap throtle?

Carb has an accelerator pump to squirt raw fuel above the venturies. Is this what you are talking about? It shouldn't be blowing out of the carburator, though, at least with the engine running. There might be a bit of spatter when the engine is shut down, but most of it still runs into the manifold before flooding the engine.

If we had a little more info as to what make and model car it is, there might be some consumer reviews to be found that mention a similar problem for that particular car.
