I believe that anyone has the right to earn as much as they are legally capable of earning.
Its not up to me, you, or anyone else to tell someone that they cant do something thats legal for them to do.

Unless, you are willing to make it illegal to earn over so much.
Then you need to set that arbitrary amount, and judging from what you have said, that amount is $500,000 annually.
