The efficiencies of our email campaigns are too low. Can someone suggest a good solution to increase its efficiency?

Could you give some more information?

How many emails do you send?
Are they emails to your customers or to potential new customers?
What are the purposes of the email campaigns?
What is the current response rate?
Has the response rate been declining?
