How to loose weight in 30 days?

The fastest way to lose weight in 30 days is to coduct a water fast. You will lose a lot of fat.

This will not be easy, however it is healthy enough (for normally fit people, w/o disease, etc).

This 'plan' will not help you keep the fat off, you'll have to change your diet or exercise to do that. But if you want to lose weight, stop eating.

Prolonged fasting can result in serious health problems. It is highly advised that anyone thinking of fasting as a "diet" consult a physician or dietitian before they start. Fasting can result in harmful and irreversible health problems if maintained too long, or not done properly with the advice of a health professional.

Be very careful regarding water fasting

To ease into water fasting, juice fasting with periods of water fasting is recommended. For example 3 days on juice, 2 days on water, 5 days on juice, then 3 days on water. You can juice when you have to work and water fast on the weekend when you can rest.

DIZZINESS: Be careful of dizziness and black outs. The heart is resting as much as it can during water fasting. Before you stand up, take one or two deep breaths to get the heart pumping. If you start to back out, sit down or crouch down on one knee. This will immediately stop the dizziness.

Water fasting is extraordinarily dangerous even for people in basically good health.

It is not a good plan for anyone.

I've done it several times, and know of 2 other people who have as well.

No ill effects.

I'll take the scientific evidence over anecdotal, thanks very much.

Where is the scientific evidence? You surely haven't provided any.

Is that supposed to be science? I saw precisely ZERO science in that blurb about water fasting.

I've spent hours trying to find something legitimate that would tell me that water fasting is harmful to my body, and I haven't been able to find anything either (at least nothing with some data behind it, there are a lot of people who will give you their opinion).

You give the advice to water diet to a person you don´t know anything about.
To fast craves a lot of discipline, water fasting even more.
This person wants to loose weight within 30 days. That sounds as a person who does not want to do a long term change of habits - just like the majority of us.
Do you realize he/she might just start to drink water and work out without a doctor´s advice? You don´t know anything about the health problems this person has. Drastic advice as water fasting to an unknown person I don´t think is a very good idea at all.

i dont know how old this thread is but anyways..

what u need to do is monitor your calorie intake on a daily basis and burn calories.

reduce your calorie intake and increase your calorie burn rate.

period. eat once/twice a day, workout every other day.
