My greetings to everyone! I hope there are people from EU on this forum as I’m going to speak for you! I am Rusyn and I am from Transcarpathian Ruthenia.
I think you ought to know that it is unrecognized republic of Transcarpathian Ruthenia (not Ukraine itself) that is so to say a neck of gas transit to Europe! Yes, we are de jure part of Ukraine but want to be independent! Our republic is at the western boarder of Ukraine and it is exactly here where the single Russian gas pipe divides into three separate pipes for Slovakia, Rumania and Hungary.
This to be so, it is us who had to stall gas transit to make Kiev contend with Ruthenia! Over a period of 17 years Kiev has been illegally using the territory of Transcarpathian Ruthenia to transit gas but we did not get a single cent for this! When Kiev finds it acceptable to deliver pressure upon EU (even though the EU never admitted to be pressed upon by Ukraine and never condemned it) then why don’t we now bear pressure upon official Kiev to make Ukrainian authority contend with us? I think this should be righteous as our claims are fair! We assert that Ukrainian authority infringes our national rights! Given that EU wants to have reliable gas supplies then European politicians should uphold our claims! First of all, official Kiev needs to be respectful for rights of national minorities in the country, namely of the Rusyns!
Hi Wladko - whereabouts in Ruthenia are you from?
Is it true that Putin is Medvedev's private butt-buddy?
Do they really have wild homosexual orgies with child molesters in Russian prisons?
I saw the title and thought this was a fart thread.
