Me and my husband moved here in sept 2008 while I was pregnant. I had our son in Dec o8 and we are wanting to know whether or not our son is entitled to a dual passport straight away and if so how do we go about getting him one? If anyone as any idea we would really appreciate some information
You can always email someone in the consular section of your embassy (I couldn't tell from your post if you are in the UK or Australia) and find out that way. They probably have all the up to date info.
There's a similar (recent) thread here you might find helpful. In the "Australia" section here. I just took a quick look & didn't find it, but I haven't the time right now to do a thorough search, sorry.
