I have tried to locate the factory that makes a special ratchet used in the assembly of scaffold systems. It is sold here in usa and called a scaffold ratchet. I am a safety manager for Thyssenkrupp Safway inc. here in Phoenix ( a scaffold company) and the wrenches we use are manufactured by Snap on. They are made by a variety of manufacturers, some in the us and some overseas.
