I have a Rainsoft Gold Series water softener and the drain hoses is leaky or flowing constantly. What would be the cause as manual say piston rebuild or regulator. I also need to know where to purchase the parts to fix this myself.

city/municipal water? regulator before the rainsoft system? home depot for the regulator. Joe
maybe a local dealer will sell you the seals for the piston, but I'd look at the regulator first. Make sure you use the proper lube on the seals. dow 111 It could be the piston worn, How old is it?
