Why can't I get my new avatar to show up?

clear your browser cache, that should do the trick

I had the same problem and nothing was working. Craven/Robert suggested I resize my avatar; i.e. in 'my preferences' change small to large in the avatar box. Then sign off and back on again or maybe I had to reboot. Anyhow that did the trick.

I just did the delete Internet files thing....and BINGO...here it is.
