I hope the courts are not partisan as many judges have been put in by the turd.
Bush has never met my expectations. And I started off with low expectations!

There's that highpowered intellect and stellar sense of morality surfacing once again.
Rather is a superb broadcaster who was conned in the Bush service matter. This didn't justify the terrible treatment by CBS. I hope he prevails. He was conned much like the Madoff victims.
