Would Alltel replace my phone?

I left it out in the snow last night, andi t works and shit, just the buttons are a little messed up, the keys I press don't show the letter I pressed. Like I press L on the keyboard, it will come up with like H or something.

I know I can't tell them I left it outside, but would they be able to tell? It's an LG Scoop, and everyone has problems with it so I could just say that.

But can I also fix it by myself? I'm decent with technology, just I don't wanna void the warranty.

Just tell them the phone is f...ked up. Most decent companies will replace them if they are defective. Might I ask, how did it wind up in the snow?

Open the battery compartment, and let it dry in warm air before turning it in. Who knows, when it's all dried out, it might even work right.

Thanks for replys.

I was running out to my ride and it fell out of my pocket. My friend found it the next morning. I don't mind using the keypad, I just liked the keyboard D:
