Merry Andrew went into Tufts Medical in Boston early this am for emergency surgery to remove scar tissue from a previous surgery which caused an obstruction. The surgery was a success but he feels lousy considering he also has a rotten cold.

Tufts? too bad he has to go into a hospital that sounds like a window treatment.

MA had a malignant tumor, the size of a grapefruit removed 15 years ago. Since then scar tissue has built up in the colon forming an obstruction whereas fecal matter cannot be passed. He is uncomfortable and has a horrible cold. He was still in recovery when I spoke to him. He had emergency surgery to remove the scar tissue. That is all I know at the moment.
