Although I have met him personally, I don't know him that well to answer
your question Very Happy

I'm glad you're doing well and are happy.

AE :

Cordiales salutations

Francis.

Yeah, I think he was telling AE that he never needed therapy while making
love, or so.... Laughing

Ok you funny guys!

Here's the translation:

I'm posting belatedly as, as CJ noted, I was far and away these last weeks in some lands of magic spell and strange appeal.

Thank you for your kind, yet unexpectedly imperative, invitation.

I'm afraid I will not be able to honour it as I'm not a clubman, either virtually or in real life.

About the therapeutic virtues of love - They might be true, but it's only hearsay, as I've never been hurt, wounded, injured or had ailings in such way that I would have needed to rely on love therapy.

Kind regards

Francis

It was more fun when we weren't sure of your response - my schoolgirl French (and it's a fair time since I was a schoolgirl) could understand only certain parts - so I ad-libbed the rest!

You are too modest, Hbg, I believe you know much more than eleven French words.

Maybe you know these ones: Je ferai voler le griffon au-dessus des corbeaux (Comte de Frontenac).
