I have no idea as to the value of cars in Dubai. In the U.S., we have the Kelley Blue Book, where you can find out what a car is worth, but I don't know how useful it would be to you:

Have you taken the car to a mechanic? If not, do so. Often a used car seems to be in good condition, but when the person buys it, unexpected problems turn up.

Also, did you mean a Honda Civic?

In general, Hondas are very good cars, and quite reliable. We have two, and two before that, and have had no problems with them.

Dubai? Make sure it has been legally imported, with all taxes paid, and be sure there are no tax like liabilities involved in your purchase.
