Respected Sir,
My name is Indrajeet.My father wants to sell of the flat to pay
off his creditors as he made huge losses in business.Sir, i am
staying in this flat since birth and the flat was bought before
my birth when my grandfather was alive.Now i am staying in this
flat alongwith my wife and two small daughters.Although the flat
stands in the name of my father.

Sir, can i create my BIRTH RIGHT in this flat since this is my
dwelling house and i dont have any other place to go.If yes
under which act and which section can i create this BIRTH RIGHT?
