A friend of mine, very talented very smart....has a startup company doing hiring evaluations among other things...he has called it management analysis.... he called me a minute ago from the work phone... and, I suppose because of the length of the name, it came up on my caller id as management anal.... I wonder if he's getting a lot of no answers when he calls?

Their CEO's name is Ben Dover.
