If you dig a VERY deep hole in your yard,and train your dog to go there and poo,there might be a chance.

If you dig a VERY big hole near the fence, you could get your dog to run away..

No, you can't litter train a dog like you can a cat. Get used to cleaning up after your dog. No one enjoys it, but it's part of responsible dog ownership.
