Thanks Walter, I wasnt going to speak with any authority on the subject and Im certain that Ceej is unequipped to even imagine.
Civilan forces, such as the STate Police, Highway Patrols, SHerriffs Departments, etc are all civilian groups. I only worry about the extension of the authority of agencies like CIA, FBI, NSA etc.
Its straw grabbin time in the McCain ranks.
