I have replaced radiator, thermostat and waterpump. Has rebuilt motor just 80k miles. Over heats in just minutes.

Sounds like you are on the right track. If it heats that fast, you just about have to have zero flow in the cooling system. You have a blockage somewhere, assuming the pump is functioning...
