what was the response to communism within austraila including: referendum (1967)to ban the the communist party and the petrov affair.
Please reply sensibly i'm trying to study for school certificate. Thankyou Smile

I've only been able to find reference to a referendum dealing with communism in 1951.

It was not carried and they eventually died a natural death. My suggestion would be, go to your local library!

I'll second Wilso's suggestion. You need to do some serious catch-up research, LN B-RYS. Also try reading any handouts from your teacher on this subject.
