I've only been able to find reference to a referendum dealing with communism in 1951.

It was not carried and they eventually died a natural death. My suggestion would be, go to your local library!

I'll second Wilso's suggestion. You need to do some serious catch-up research, LN B-RYS. Also try reading any handouts from your teacher on this subject.
