I am having trouble finishing this last one. Hope someone can help me. And for the one im not sure is 42A i have TEOGLODYTE for answer but cant find definition. Thanks all for any help. I know i will probably kick myself if i get the answers but im no good with cryptic questions.

53a = omits
60a = thickset
42a = troglodyte, you should have 'oar' for 31d.
troglodyte is acronym of the words 'dog lottery' given in the clue.
