Could you pick a more annoying voice for a dog?

Anyone see the new PBS ‘toon Martha Speaks? It is about a dog that eats alphabet soup and instead of the letters going to her stomach, they go to her brain and voila – she can speak. Kind of a cute concept until you hear the annoying voice.
