I am trying to write :
Have you seen the video of Tom with the bad girl american actress "Simona" in the "motor4 " magazine" September issue.

Avete visto il video di Tom con fregna l'attrice americana Simona in "marie claire" September issue?

The woman could be either
bocchinara ‡ promiscuous woman note lett. "woman who likes to give b-jobs"

figa (fem. noun) † Attractive girl or woman.
figa † a woman, especially as a sexual object

Is this right, any one have a suggestion I want to write in Italian Slang

Italian slang is regional, so....

Plain Italian:
Avete visto il video di Tom con la bellissima attrice americana "Simona" nel numero di settembre della rivista "motor 4"?

A Roman woud say:
Aho, 'ate visto er video de Tom co 'qua fregna de Simona, l'attrice Americana ner nummero de settembre d'a rivista "motor4"?

A Neapoletan would say:
Avit' vruto o'video 'e Tom cu chella bonazz' e' Simona, a' attric' Amricana, rint'o numero 'e settmbr' 'r a rivist' "Motor 4"?

And so on...

I wonder why are you trying to translate "motor 4" with "marie claire"....
