Is there such an expression as 'batting an eyelid'?

"without batting an eyelid" means a person does something considered to be difficult with ease...

batting eyelashes is the phrase/term I'm more familiar with

I'm trying to recall if I've ever read batting an eyelid. Maybe "without batting an eyelid". I'll ask Setanta about it.
